Summary-data-based Mendelian Randomization

The summary statistics from the CAGE eQTL analysis are also available for use with the Summary-data-based Mendelian Randomization (SMR) method of Zhihong Zhu et al. (2016) 'Integration of summary data from GWAS and eQTL studies predicts complex trait gene targets'. Nature Genetics, 48: 481-487. Please see the below link for access to these summary statistics in the SMR binary format.
