I joined PCTG in 2017 after master degree awarded in Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine in 2015 and bachelor degree awarded in Zhejiang University in 2012. I also had one-year working experience in GeneDock, a bioinformatics cloud computing company in Beijing. My research direction is quantitative genetics and I used state-of-art statistical methods to explore the big genotype-phenotype biobank data. More specifically, three projects are about genotype-by-environmental interaction, epistasis and genetic prediction. Currently, I’m working in Westlake University as a visiting student due to COVID19 travel restriction.
